Outlook email Find/Look For search order

When I search my Outlook inbox using Find/Look For, the Search seems to start
with the oldest email, and thus show the oldest results first. It is often a
recent email that I am trying to find, so I am forced to sit and wait until
the search reaches recent emails. If I could make Outlook search the
'youngest' emails first, I would be saving a lot of time and patience.

Can anyone direct me to an option that will help. I appreciate that once
the results are displayed five minutes later I can re-order them by clicking
the header of the 'Received' column,

msn desktop search, neo or any of several others.

I am running Outlook 2002 here where, but in my Office environment Outlook
searches in the order I want - showing most recent results first, then
delving further back in time. I need to check the version of Outlook in the
Office - it may be more recent.

I use Google Desktop which does an excellent job, quickly, but it would be
more helpful to make Outlook do the job!
