Outlook Email Folder and Sub-Folder Notificatio

I have Email Sub-Folders set up with Rules to automatically send the E-Mails
from my Inbox to the Sub-Folder. If there is new mail in hte sub-folder the
sub-folder is Bold with the number of new messages but the Top-Folder is not.
If i do not have the folder expanded i do not know i have new mail.

Is there a way to get the Top Folder to show the number of un-read messages?

Is there a way that it will automatically expand the folder if there are any
un-read Messages in the sub-folders?
