Outlook Email install for ISP

Hello,

My ISP provider could not support my email/Outlook set-up
for MS Outlook. My ISP is Comcast and my system is MS
Office 2003 running on Win XP Pro. I have the in-going
and out-going server addresses, but I still can't send or
receive email using Outlook. Can you please advise with
step by step instructions on how to configure my install?

I'm having the same problem. Outlook 2000 on Win Xp Pro, using Earthlink DSL for isp. Did you get any help?

Did you fellas figure out what the problem was? I'm having very similar issues on a very similar environment.
