We often send emails to clients and when we receive their response it can
only be read in Auto Preview. Their message does not show up in the reading
pane or when you open the email. If you are unaware that this may happen and
don't have AutoPreview turned on then it appears that the sender has simply
returned your email with no response whatsoever. Is there a way to fix this?
