If you "preview" incoming Emails using the View/Preview Pane feature in
outlook. Does this makes you "VULNERABLE" to an email virus?

I have a feeling (but only a feeling) that you may only be vulnerable IF YOU
OPEN THE EMAIL FOLDER.

PLEASE CONFIRM

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

No, using the Reading pane or Preview pane does not make you vulnerable.

Thank you Milly Staples, this is real comforting to know this. I guess the
information that I received from the technician in support was not researched
properly. In addition I guess it would work the same way using the
AutoPreview feature. Thanks again - and- HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
