Outlook Email Printing

How can email be printed without name headers. For instance, this issue comes
up often in law firms, there is a need for a secretary or clerk to print out
a lot of email but the attorney does not want the clerks name on the email.

Thank, does one have to create a bogus acct on Exchange, and then create a
pst and move it over?

Probably the easiest thing to do - and this skirts the issue- is to create a
"dummy" POP account and name it something "Law Firmy", i.e. name the profile
"Printed For The Record" or "Print To File".

Some prefer to name a dummy profile "." and bet that the period (".") won't
be noticed.

However, in strict scenarios, there can be issues raised by any alteration
of the item that's printed, you have to reg hack for that as far as I know.

Diane. Thanks for the quick responses, in a law firm or every firm time is
$mony.

We are not big on third party software, but this might work for us because
you have credentials otherwise it would be scoffed at by App Support. Thanks
so much, I may use this site more often if one can expect quick responses
like this. Apologies if this has been asked several times.

p.s. I may buy your book now!

Thx. Big D, MCSA, MCDST, A+

Thanks for the super quick response, I liked the candor and the idea of
"Printed For The Record" that could be critical in a doc production.
