Outlook Email Settings lost!

Hi
In Excel, I clicked on detect and repair and selected to "Discard my
customized
settings and restore default settings"

That deleted all my mail folders and email account settings in Outlook. (it
pretty much did a reinstall of Office)
I do have my .pst files ( and .oab etc)
Is it possible to re-import my email settings? I know how to add archived
data files so I think I have all my mail folders...
