I am pulling my hair out on this one.
When I change a view in the inbox the change only stays until I click
another folder then it reverts back. It is showing the TO column and not the
FROM column.
I have tried;
Adding FROM with Field chooser (r. click on the column bar) adding the FROM
field and then removing the TO field
Customize current view
Edit the MESSAGE view.
Uninstalling/reinstalling Office 2003 Pro
Deleting any Outlook files in Local Settings and both Application Data folders
I believe that this started shortly after installing Franklin Covey's Plan
Plus for Outlook.
I uninstalled it and then did a file and registry sweep for "Franklin",
"Covey" & "Planplus"
I did this before the Office uninstall/reinstall
Searched MS KB - no luck.
Any ideas/help would be much appreciated.
