Outlook email window background color

Is there a way to change the background color of the inbox window in Outlook
(2003 client)? Similar to how you can change the background of a calendar if
you manage multiple calendars. I have an executive assistant who can get
confused as to which email box she's sending from and it would be helpful if
we could change the color of the inbox.
