Outlook emails not displayed

Hi all,

We have a user on XP, Outlook 2003, whose unread emails are not
visible when the Deleted Items box, or the Inbox, is selected/highlited.

The Deleted Items box shows there're 38 items in there but not displayed.

I went in the View|Arranged by|Custom|Filter
but nothing was checked -- not filtered.

Anyone has any clues?
