Outlook emails sometimes don't send even though it says it has

The Office Suite I purchased in 2006 has 2002 Outlook. Even though emails go
to sent folder sometimes they sent and sometimes they didn't. Is there a
remedy for this?

If they move to the Sent Items folder, then WERE sent and your problem lies
outside of Outlook.

A stab in the dark, based on little info, uninstall any anti virus
application that is intergrated with outlook
