Outlook Empties my Yahoo Inbox

Each time I access my Outlook it empties all my
messages from the in-box of my other e-mail recepient.
How do I stop Outlook from emptying my mails from the inbox of my SBCGlobal
account?

That's how POP works by default. If you want to alter that behavior,
configure the e-mail account that you defined in Outlook to NOT remove
messages from server.
