Outlook encounters a problem on exit

When I close Outlook 2003, it sometimes gives me the message "Outlook
encountered a problem..." and it offers me to restart the program as well as
filing a report to Microsoft...

Then I restart Outlook 2003 and close it without any problems...

This happens only when I exit the program, but not always...

Office critical updates and everthing is loaded but no solution...

Can someone help out?
