Outlook Error at startup

I installed Outlook 2000 on a windows NT4 PC Workstation
that previously had Outlook 98. I started getting error
messages and decided to uninstall Outlool 2000 and re-
install Outlook 98. I am still getting error messages.
During this process I used MS Exchange to hold the
Inbox/Tasks/Contacts data.

The error message is as follows:
"The add-in "C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office\MbsExtn.dll" could not be installed or
loaded. Unable to load "C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office...". You may be out of memory, out of
system resources, or missing a .dll file.
