Outlook error each time I send e-mail

I receive a "Microsoft has encountered an error and needs to close" message
with the option to send an error message to MS (which I send every time) each
time I send, reply or forward an e-mail. Additionally, the "auto complete"
function does not work when i type in a name even though I have gone in a set
the complete e-mail name function to "on" in the advanced settings.

I work in Outlook 2003 on a Toshiba laptop A60 - I was told that it sounds
like a file is missing from Outlook however I received my MS Office from an
online download after a trial offer and do not have a disk to re-install -
How do I reinstall or get the file to fix it ? Any and all help is welcome
as I am functioning very poorly in this current mode of e-mail.

From that original download or contact Microsoft.
Do you have any add-ins installed? In particular adobe add-ins can cause
this issue. Disable it if you do. Also try a new Profile.
