Outlook error message Ox800CC0E

I am new to outlook. I am receiving all my email messages, but I can not send
any out. I keep getting the message:
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.tru-tungsten.com',
Server: 'mail.tru-tungsten.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes,
Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Someone please help.....Tom, Jr.

Many help article I've read said to try turning off SSL, unless your ISP
said to turn it on. Also, you may need to look at the MTU size on your
router. I have been having a lot of trouble with Outlook trying to send
emails & timing out or trying to send "Phantom emails", and one KB article
told me to try and increase of set the proper MTU size. When I looked into
it for my router, I found I needed a firmware upgrade which appears to have
resolved my issue (so far!). No guarantees, but it might work.
