outlook error message pop up

Out of the blue today my outlook started giving me an error messaage when it
comes on for the first time. It reads

"this file contains macros with an expired or revoked signature. Since you
are running under high security level, these macros will be disabled."

can you please explain why this started popping up, how do I fix the error,
and is my PC at any risk? Thank you

HI,
please change your macro security level
tools > macro > security and set the level to medium or low!

I have the exact same problem. I know I can make the error message go away
my lowering my security level. What I want to know is what exactly is
causing the pop up message. There is no appaent relationship to any Word
document or message. The message just appears on top of Outlook 2003 a
startup. Is Outlook somehow scanning my entire .pst file? Can't figue it
out.
