Outlook Error message!!

I guess when I was doing some routine cleanup I
accidently wiped out something that Outlook needs to
operate. I am getting the following message "Windows
Installer patch files (.MSP files) from previously
applied Office updates " and am unable to update using
the original disk. Any ideas?
