Outlook error - The information service has not been configured

We have 2 users that are getting the following Outlook 2007 error message:
The Information service has not been configured. Select and existing file to
configure, or type in the name of a new file to create.

We have deleted all pst files, redone the Outlook profile, nothing has
worked. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You provided none of the information that is necessary. "We have 2 users"
means what exactly? Are you administering their Exchange Server? If not,
then what mail account types are they using and what steps did you use to
create this problem? How did you create their Outlook profiles? Did you
disconnect the PST files before you deleted them?

God Russ, take the stick out of your a$$ and be a little more pleasant in
your approach. Every thread that you reply to you come across so sarcastic
and insolent.

011453, if you are using Exchange and the account has an PST archive setup,
what has worked for us is to open up the PST in Outlook 2003 (if available),
create a new PST and import the damaged one over.
