application.

When I open OUTLOOK I am unable to access my email at
all. I can see my new messages appear in my inbox, but I
cannot click to open them because I get an error message:

Setup form the location where you originally installed the
application.

When I put my CD into load the program I get a windows
error:


The system administator has set policies to prevent this
installation.

I AM the administrator.

So, what do I do? When I browse MY COMPUTER I find
OUTLOOK in my program files. It opens. It SENDS/RECEIVES
email.

I just can't get to it.

HELLPP!!!
