Outlook Error

I am getting this error:

" The messaging interface has returned an unkown error. If problem persists,
restart outlook"

I restarted Outlook and even reinstalled it, but error persists, it appears
when i create a new email or reply to/forward an email .Appreciate your help.

Are you using Word as you mail editor? If so, try disabling it to see if
the problem is affected.
