Outlook Error

I have this msg from administrator when i tried to send this out (clicking on reply)

This message could not be sent. Try sending the message again later, or contact your network administrator. The client operation failed. Error is [0x80004005-00000000-0x000501].

However when i click on FORWARD, the mail can be sent successfully. what is wrong?.

Hard to say at this level of information.
Version of Outlook?
Type of mail account?
Does this happen for all replies or just this one?
What did your network admin say?

If you have a virus scanner integrated with Outlook, disable/uninstall this
integration and try again.

I also have a user (Outlook 2003, Exchange 2003, Exchange account) when he
replies to internal users (listed in the GAL) he gets the same error after
clicking on the 'Send' button. This happens even if he types the explicit
email address in the to field (e.g (e-mail address removed)).
