outlook error

help i cant find anything on this when one of my secretaries opens outlook
she gets this message

Post the complete error message please

not just

0x00a601bd: references memory at “0xa63dffff†The memory could not be written

But everything. It should look and read something like this. Especially curios on
the heading of the Error message(i.e.Application error or whatever it say's)
