Outlook error

[Bill]

When clicking on Mail icon on the control panel.. I get an
error message saying "List of profiles could not be
loaded. Unexpected error has occured."

What can I do to fix this. I'm using office 2000 on
Windows ME.

Have you tried a repair on office already?
Insert the CD, start Setup and choose Repair
