Outlook Error

whenever I try to open a web link from an outlook 200
email, I get this error: Command line option syntax
error. Type command/? for help.

I installed Outlook 2002 (xp) a while ago, so I'm not
sure why I'm getting this error now - any suggestions or
ideas to correct this?
