Outlook Error

I get this error message all the time at several sites
from clients running both Outlook 2000, and Outlook 2002.
If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
Message:

Outlook is retrieving data from the Microsoft Exchange
Server "Server Name". You can cancel this request or
minimize this message to the Windows taskbar until Outlook
closes the message automatically.
