Outlook errors after ununstalling BCM

The error message, so far as I know, doesn't seem to be causing any functional errors in Outlook 2003, but it pops up every few seconds and you have to click on it to continue, which is getting annoying. Has anyone run across this before? Can anyone provide a solution? Did I remove too many files during the uninstallation? I know there are many intelligent and helpful people out there who read these forums and surely I can't be the only lucky guy to get this error message. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
