Outlook Errors not opening

I am getting the following error in Outlook:

szAppName : OUTLOOK.EXE szAppVer : 11.0.6565.0 szModName : hungapp
szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000

It happens when I open outlook. I have tried to repair and reinstall and get
nothing. When you open Outlook, it hangs -the hourglass stays up forever.

Help!!!! because I live and die through my outlook.
