Outlook event for launching, or clicking a URL in message body

Is there an event for either:

1) User clicks on a URL in message body
2) Outlook launches URL in browser window

I need to detect if a user loads a URL from a message.

Hi

I have browsed through the whole Outlook Object Modal including all the
event supported in outlook object modal.
Unfortunately the Outlook did not expose such event for us to handle the
behavior.
