Outlook/Excel Security

I have saved my files with the new xlsm format, and when I open them from my
desktop I don't get an message saying macros disbabled. However when I send
the file via e-mail and then open the file I get the error message. Not sure
if this is an outlook or an excel question, but figured I'd try here first as
someone wondered if there is a way to make attachements trusted? Any help is
appreciated.
