Outlook Exception Error : 0x00000fd

Hi there,

My client have this problem while using his Outlook 2003.

Exception Information
Code:0xc00000fd etc

System Information
Windows NT 5.1 Build:2600 etc
Image Base:0x30000000

Module 1:
Outlook.exe

The following files will be included in this error report:
path\342218.cvr

This user is having large .pst files with 'Leave a copy at server' settings
enabled. Their email server is hosted externally and only one user is having
this problem. This is the MD's account and he kept a lot of subfolders and
exeeded 1.5GB *.pst.

I have asked him to try using safe mode but same error ocurred at Outlook
safe mode. We also reinstall MS Office for user and user is required to
delete those unwanted emails by himself. Today user informed us that the
outlook size is less than 1.5Gb now, but same error occurs.

Kindly advice what is the resolution for this problem as user is not able to
send and receive emails since this problem happenned on last Thursday.

Hi,

Extra information regarding this matter. I have a new error code after my
engineer go onsite today.

Error Signature:
AppName: outlook.exe etc
ModName: msmapi32.dll ModVer:11.0.5601.0 ModStamp:3f2cc673
FDebug:0 Offset:00015427

Reporting Details:
......the operating system version and computer hardware inuse.....

That was a very long paragraph and i really hope to send you the screen
capture rather than type from here. Maybe you could understand better.

Currently the Outlook account is allocating 145118KB only.
