Simple, yet effective. No one like getting a software package only to find
out that they have to get more software just to accomplish a simple task.
Office is a great program suite, coupled with an exchange server makes it
more powerfull. That power is mostly behind the senes. Outlook/Exchange needs
a colaboration add-in or update, "OfficeGroups" A group Calender that is side
by side or superimposed on top of private calender, auto update with all
members of the group's public appointments. The same with the contacts, two
contact books. One is for Group contacts and one private. I understand that
they have this through public folders. Try to explain to use these items to a
group of non technical people. It needs to be right in front of there face.
No questions as to where to find it. No training new empolyees. Simple
Private/Public check box (already exists) Automatically updates the Office
Groups information. Sync this with a PDA, just plug it in and same exact view
on the Outlook WEB view. It really can't be simpliler. Maybe throw a link
between Share point and exchange at this point. WOW what a productive package
this would be. I don't want to get a third pary program to do this. More time
more Money and More headackes. Please help Us and many others.
