Hello.

We would like to share calendars only on Outlook 2003 clients. with a SBS 2000 server.

Currently its set up to open additional mailboxes.. everyone can see one users mailbox. this is a problem.

Is there another way to set up calender sharing?

It sounds like you have given people the "full mailbox access" permission
rather then configure permissions for the calendar itself.

If only the calendar needs to be shared, you DO NOT need to set permissions
using ADUC. If you have done that go ahead and remove the user from the ACL
of the Mailbox. To simply share a calendar, right-click the calendar from
the Outlook Folder List and select Properties, then click the Permissions
tab.

Now the others can view the calendar by doing the following:

1. File ->Open->Open Other User's Folder->enter name of Mailbox and specify
Calendar in the drop down.
