Got the following problem with Outlook XP (2002) SP3

Configuration

Windows XP Pro SP2
Office XP SP3
Symantec AV Corparate Edition 10
Exchange 2003

When opening Outlook it works for about 30 seconds or 10 e-mail messages.
After that Outlooks keeps slowing down an finaly it turns out not responding.
CPU load is 100% at that moment. After a while (reed 1 minute) it returns to
normal load and Outlook works fine, untin i try to open or scroll in my
E-mail list. The whole story starts again. Ik have to close Outlook because
working is not possible with this problem.

Hardware:
HP NC6120
Intel Centrino 2.0GHz
512MB Ram

Google Turned Out the following results but none of them seems to be the
solution.

Okay,

There was indeed a positive thing. When I start Outlook in safe mode the
problem seems to be away. But again then when i open Outlook in normal mode
it returns the same way it did before. So the problem must be somthing what
isn't in Safe mode.

The problem is not that Outlook don't start but it freezes when working with
it.

You appear to have an add-in causing the problem. The first thing to try is
disabling the AV program feature for mail scanning.

Then start Outlook in safe mode and see if it changes? If so, start by
disabling your add-ins and testing each one.
