outlook.exe has generated an error and wil be closed by windows

I get this message averytime I accept an appointment in Outlook 2000.

Any suggestions gratefully recieved.

I have tried:-

Deelscting the Add-ins
Creatine a new outlook profile
Removing the two outlook folders in his profile
Creating a new W2K profile
