Outlook.exe has generated errors and will be closed and will need

Hi:

First time poster, long time outlook user. Running Office 2000. Recently
experiencing the error above. Have tried a few online fixes, Scanpst,
renaming PSt files, reloading Outlook.

Stuck and looking for advice. Would rather not lose my old info, email,
contacts, but would be happier to have outlook back online.

Any help appreciated.

Have you tried creating a new Outlook profile?
