Environment:
Outlook 2000 SP-3 on Windows 2000 Pro SP-4
Symantec's Norton AntiVirus, GoBack, etc.
Numerous other apps

Issue:
Every so often, and numerous times pers day, I get the error
"OUTLOOK.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows"

Question:
I have two such occurences' DrWatson.log file results from
the shutdown of Outlook.
Is there some company that will effectively analyze this log
for the issue?

It's getting a bit old to keep this up (crash, re-start, crash, re-start,
etc.)

Thanks!

Go to the Help menu and click Detect and Repair. If that does not work,
reinstall the software.

The first thing I'd suspect is Norton AntiVirus. Was NAV installed with the
option to integrate with Outlook? If so, uninstall it and reinstall without
that option. NAV does not play well with Outlook and Symantec has a hard
time getting it right.

I actually suspect GoBack from Norton, but I really like the advantages of
GoBack on Win2k.
But, if you look at my reply previously, the issue may be solved - I can only
hope.

Thanks, though. Symantec is next on the chopping block if it continues ;-)
