Outlook.exe has generated errors.

For no reason I can think of Outlook gives this message
when I launch it now. Other accounts still work fine;
even mine for another sign-in. If I log-in as the
Administrator it works fine. Whats up with that?

Do you mean other user accounts or other mail profiles? In the case of the
first locate outcmd.dat for your profile and rename it to outcmd.old

If this doesn't work post your Outlook version and the exact error being
logged to the Event Viewer
