OUTLOOK.EXE still stay in task list

OUTLOOK.EXE still stay in task list and occupy RAM (more than 70MB) when I
close Outlook. If try to kill task will be back in few seconds. What to do?

I found only one program (anti-virus), but no effect. Should this be the
cause of Windows Search Email Indexer?

I don't think that's likely, but I suppose it's possible.
