Outlook exit error 800A01A8

Every time I exit Outlook I get the following error message -
eyeCall error: the add-in has fired an exception. OLE error 800A01A8.
The programme appears to working ok and I can eventually get rid of the
error message, do I need to worry about the error or is it just irritating?

Are you using VOIP software? Check the eyeBEAM or Xten websites for updates
to eyeCALL.
