Outlook Exp removing unsafe attachments

New user of MS Outlook Express which has removed an
attachment thta I sent to myself via another email
address. How do I remove this "safety" feature?

Go to Tools|Options|Security and uncheck the box which is labeled: "Do not
allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus."
