Outlook Express 2003 update KB913807

Why does the recent automatic update for Outlook 2003 (KB913807) seem to
remove my secondary e-mail identity? I've had to restore my PC to an
earlier date in order to retrieve both the primary and secondary e-mail
identities.

That's an Outlook not Outlook Express update. I just looked at the KB
article and it doesn't seem to touch anything OE related. Did you install
anything else at the same time that might have hosed OE?
