Outlook Express 2007 mail and folder transfer.

Dear Readers,

I just bought a new computer and i would like to transfer all my mails,
drafts, addresses and other folders from my old computer's outlook express
2007 to my new computer's outlook express. I tried looking into the outlook
help but I couldn't understand on how to do it. Can you please help me out?
