Outlook Express 6.0 freezing when adding or deleting contacts

Hi,

When i'm trying to add a contact via "Add sender to address book" or by just
creating a new contact, Outlook Express freezes and eventually says "An error
has occurred. Outlook Express could not add the sender to the address book"...

Thinking it is just because i've too many contacts i tried deleting some but
whether i select one or several at a time and hit "delete" Outlook Express
just freezes....

It's really slowing my computer down!!

Help would be much appreciated.

This newsgroup is for support of Outlook
97/98/2000/2002/2003/2007 from the Office suite of products. Outlook
Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.

For help with your OE questions, try an OE newsgroup such as
