Outlook express 6.0

I am getting 0x800CCC90 and 0x800CCC92 errors on non-administrator accounts.
I can send/receive with the administrator account, but not any other account.
If I log on with a non-admin account and use the runas command to start
Outlook express I can send and receive email.

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
