Outlook Express - 6 error

I just upgraded to XP and now unable to receive new mail
because I am getting an error:
A TCP/IP error occurred while trying to connect to the
server. Account: 'Incoming.Verizon.net',
Server: 'Incoming.Verizon.net', Protocol: POP3, Port:
110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC15
What do I need to do????
