Outlook Express 6 Language Settings

I recently got a new Dell Laptop, and when I open the
options screen in Outlook Express, all the tabs display
correctly except the read tab is in another language, I
think it may be Arabic. How can I fix this? If I change
the language settings for the whole PC it has no effect on
it, and everything else is displayed in english except the
read tab. Anyone...Help!
