Outlook Express 6 - OE Removing Access To Attachments

I've not long since installed Outlook Express 6 and I am
very frustrated that it is denying me access to
attachments to e-mails. I get this message "OE removed
access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail".
Does anyone know how I over-ride this? It's driving me
nuts!

Open Outlook Express and select Tools | Options | Security and uncheck the
second box from the top concerning attachments.
