outlook express 6 or microsoft outlook in windows XP home edition

I would like to mail using microsoft outlook so that I can get a notice
(receipt) that this mail has joined it's destination.With outlook express 6
this is not possible.

Microsoft Office Outlook is part of the Microsoft Office suite of programs
and it is not free; you'd have to purchase Outlook either as a standalone
product or as part of the Office suite.
