Outlook Express 6 problem

I have a question up until know I don't know what happened. I cannot open an
attachement when checking mail using Outlook Express 6, also when I click on
a link it is not opening. Im using MW ME (Microsoft Windows ME).

I appreciate anybody expertise with this. Thanks again.
